Carpet And Upholstery Cleaning Roamingshores Ohio 44084
Recently we went to beautiful Roaming Shores Ohio to clean a couple of mattresses for a customer. They were moving into their new home in Roaming Shores, Ohio and wanted the mattresses cleaned. They were having new carpet installed so they didn’t want the carpet cleaned but said ” we will call you back when the new carpet gets dirty”. They liked our service and said they would call again.
A week later they called us again. The mattresses were fine but the furniture companies delivery people set some grease screws on their brand new carpet and left a stain. The furniture company said they would pay for the spot cleaning. The bad part is her inconvenience. She now has to jump through hoops to get this all taken care of not to mention she is a little busy with the move.
Service and care should be in every service persons mind when they are in someone’s home. We are a guest in their home and treat it as such. At Smart Choice Cleaning we take great care when we are invited into someone’s home or business.
